However, the actual disbursement will be carried out in accordance with the provisions of Article 3 of the “Regulations on the Administration of Public Welfare Lotteries by the Ministry of Finance.” Additionally, 1.246 billion New Taiwan Dollars will be allocated to the National Pension fund, and 138 million New Taiwan Dollars will be allocated to the National Health Insurance reserve.
